 Description: Pileus 5-8 cm, flat, white, pale yellow in the center, glabrous, viscid, margin striate. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, white, entire. Stipe central, 8-10 × 0.7-1 cm, solid, white, covered by small scales, base enlarged. Annulus membranous, white. Volva saccate, white. Spores globose, hyaline, smooth, I+, 6-8 μm. Cystidia clavate. Hyphae without clamps.
