Description: | Pileus 8-10 cm, campanulate to flat, brown, umbonate, orange yellow, glabrous, margin striate. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, pale yellow, denticulate. Stipe central, 16-19 × 0.8-1.3 cm, hollow, spotted, orange yellow, glabrous. Annulus orange, membranous, descending. Volva saccate, membranous, white. Spores broadly elliptical, hyaline, smooth, I-, 8-10 × 6-7 μm. Hyphae without clamps. | |||
