Description: | Pileus 5-9 cm, campanulate to flat, white, with white cuticles, margin entire. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, white, powdery. Stipe central, 10-12 × 1-1.3 cm, solid, white, glabrous, base enlarged. Annulus membranous, fragile. Spores broadly elliptical, hyaline, smooth, I+, 8-11 × 6-7 μm. Cystidia not seen. Hyphae without clamps. | |||
