Description: | Pileus 6-8 cm, campanulate to flat, white with white mealy patches, entire. Gills free, crowded of several lengths, creamy white, smooth. Stipe central, 11-13 × 1-1.2 cm, solid, white, velvty, base enlarged. Annulus membranous, descending, white. Spores globose, hyaline, smooth, I-, 7-9 μm. Cystidia not seen. Hyphae without clamps. | |||
